Out of Hours

Outside normal surgery hours (evenings, weekends and bank holidays) emergency cover for the practice is provided by PC24 Out of Hours Deputising service. Please telephone on 111 (NHS 111) if you require medical advice during these times. This service is for problems, which cannot wait until the next available surgery. You will be required to provide full information about your problem and will be expected if required to attend the Primary Care Centre (Byron House) at Kings Mill Hospital. Advice may also be given if attending is not deemed as necessary.

DO NOT ATTEND A&E WITH GENERAL HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT COULD BE DEALT WITH BY EITHER THE GP OR OUT OF HOURS SERVICE.
