Local Registration

The Practice is accepting new Patients

If you wish to register at the Practice, please ask for details from the reception team. You will be required to complete the relevant forms at the surgery and provide two forms of identification, eg a recent utility bill, driving licence or passport. An appointment will then be made with the Practice Nurse for a new patient check.

Interpreter services are available for patients whose first language is not English. However, these do take a few days to arrange. Interpreter services are also available over the telephone for appointments needed where there is no time to book an interpreter to attend. The service is provided by Pearl Linguistics. Should patients be unable to attend an appointment where an interpreter is assisting them, please cancel with as much notice as possible, as if the interpreter attends and the patient does not, the NHS will still be charged for the interpreters time.
